The unexamined life is not worth living.

This title is an interesting quote but I don't know who said it. It means that to live our best life, we should really think about what we do and what we feel and say. I try to do this all the time and I will write about my thoughts here in this blog. I hope you will do the same in your own blogs.

This morning, a man with a large shoulder bag sped by me on his bicycle. His bag hit my arm and really startled me. Over his shoulder he said, "Sorry!"

I replied, "No problem!" Walking near my was a homeless man and he said, "You should have just pushed him over."

I thought about that for a minute and said, "Well, I couldn't live with myself if I did that and, besides, I have found that what you send out into the world comes back to you." What I meant is that if you are angry and mean to others, you will also have this trouble coming back to you. The homeless man agreed. I think we both are living an examined life!
