Why Do We Live Here?
Brrrrr! On a day like today it is hard to remember why we decided to live in a place that gets this terribly cold. My van wouldn't start yesterday and I had to get it boosted. The roads were slippery and I nearly froze my feet waiting for the bus at 6:30 this morning! Days like this make me want to rethink my plans for the future. I should move some place warmer. Not too warm, of course, I also hate the heat. But some place nice like Victoria sounds good. It rarely gets cold enough to snow there and it never gets as cold as it is in Calgary today. Victoria also gets a lot more sun than Vancouver. I need to start figuring out how to move there!

Hi shannon the reason we live here because Calgary has alot of job.It all so has friendly people.I thing when I become a Canadian I will go back to my country evry weather time.
I think you and me have same question. why did people shoose cold place to live.I know this place is difficult for people to live for example . Like me I cant enjoy with the cold weather.Because I was born in hot Country and grew in.I want to remmber you something about a cold .When I came to Calgary first time.I hated snow.But after one year I felt so so.I hope you should stay in Calgary with your family. Because when you move to other place .You cant make friends like here.
